Western Jet Aviation Acquired by StandardAero, a Carlyle Portfolio Company

The Principals of Fletch Equity (“Fletch”) are pleased to announce the sale of Western Jet Aviation (“WJA”) to StandardAero, one of the largest independent MRO providers in the world. Western Jet Aviation is the largest independent Gulfstream focused MRO in the world. Since recapitalizing in 2019, WJA increased EBITDA organically, expanded the corporate management team, diversified the service offering and opened a second location on the east coast.
