Fletch Equity Initiates Ship Repair Strategy with Recapitalization of Oceanwide Repair

Fletch Equity is pleased to announce it has completed the recapitalization of west coast based Oceanwide Repair. Since 1997, Oceanwide has provided marine vessel repair services to the commercial cargo and government ship industries. Oceanwide maintains the largest ship repair force in the largest port in the country, Long Beach, and operates additional facilities in Oakland, CA and Tacoma, WA.  Fletch partnered with founders Roy Hetherington and Trina Caracoza to accelerate expansion to major ports throughout the US.
