Matt is a Founder and Partner at Fletch Equity. Matt is also a Founder and Managing Director of Celerity Partners IV, LLC, a predecessor private equity firm. At Celerity, Matt led many investment strategies from conception to exit, resulting in investors receiving on average, multiples of their invested capital.
Prior to joining Celerity, Matt was a Founder and Managing Director at Harvey & Company, a buyside intermediary focused on developing buy and build strategies through industry identification, CEO recruitment and acquisition search. Andrew is a founding member of the Fletch investment team with over 10 years of lower middle market private equity experience. Prior to starting Fletch, Andrew participated on the deal teams of eight Celerity Partners portfolio companies in healthcare, transportation, energy and aerospace. He currently sits on the boards of 360 PT Management, Well-Foam, Western Jet Aviation and Wolf HVAC Holdings. Corey is a Principal and founding member of Fletch Equity where he primarily focuses on deal execution and portfolio management. Previously, Corey spent 5 years at Celerity Partners where he was closely involved with all new platform investments. Prior to Celerity, Corey was a consultant at Investor Group Services, a boutique strategy consulting firm based in Boston, MA. There he managed over 30 transaction advisory engagements for private equity and corporate clients in a variety of industries. Corey holds a M.B.A. with a concentration in Corporate Finance, from Babson University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Harvard University. Jason serves as Head of Business Development. In this role, he focuses on sourcing, evaluating and executing platform investments and add-on acquisitions for the firm’s portfolio companies. Jason has over 15 years of experience as an operator and investor in the media, technology, business services and marketing sectors.
Most recently he was a strategic advisor to Entercom ($600mm market cap company and the second largest owner/operator of radio stations in the country) and a finance venture run by the former CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe and Asia. Previously, he was an executive for Vera, a venture-backed SaaS company out of Silicon Valley.
Prior to Vera, he worked in a variety of senior executive roles including as Head of Business & Creative Development, West Coast for Leftfield Pictures and Head of Business & Creative Development at Renegade 83. Earlier on, he worked as an investor at Vision Entertainment, a media investment fund run by entrepreneur and former Los Angeles Rams owner, Dale Rosenbloom. Jason holds a BBA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He lives in LA, but still considers himself an east coaster.Some Jason favorites:
