Matt Kraus

Matt is a Founder and Partner at Fletch Equity. Matt is also a Founder and Managing Director of Celerity Partners IV, LLC, a predecessor private equity firm. At Celerity, Matt led many investment strategies from conception to exit, resulting in investors receiving on average, multiples of their invested capital.

Prior to joining Celerity, Matt was a Founder and Managing Director at Harvey & Company, a buyside intermediary focused on developing buy and build strategies through industry identification, CEO recruitment and acquisition search. Previously, Matt was an analyst with W.E. Myers & Company, a Harvey & Company predecessor firm. Matt earned a B.A. in Political Science from Bucknell University

Andrew Fischer

Andrew is a founding member of the Fletch investment team with over 10 years of lower middle market private equity experience. Prior to starting Fletch, Andrew participated on the deal teams of eight Celerity Partners portfolio companies in healthcare, transportation, energy and aerospace. He currently sits on the boards of Well-Foam, Oceanwide Repair and Autism Spectrum Interventions. Andrew holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Corey Reishtein

Corey is a Principal and founding member of Fletch Equity where he primarily focuses on deal execution and portfolio management. Previously, Corey spent 5 years at Celerity Partners where he was closely involved with all new platform investments. Prior to Celerity, Corey was a consultant at Investor Group Services, a boutique strategy consulting firm based in Boston, MA. There he managed over 30 transaction advisory engagements for private equity and corporate clients in a variety of industries. Corey holds a M.B.A. with a concentration in Corporate Finance, from Babson University. Corey currently serves on the board of Tru Fit Holdings and Little Newtons.

Julia Robinson

Julia Robinson is the Head of Business Development at Fletch Equity where she focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities. Previously, Julia helped lead business development at Percheron Capital, a Private Equity firm focused on middle-market essential services businesses.

Prior to Percheron Capital, Julia was a Senior Analyst on the Sourcing Team at K1 Investment Management, a B2B software focused Private Equity firm, where she was responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities. She earned a B.A. in Political Economy with a concentration in Sustainability and Development from University of California, Berkeley.
