Fletch Equity is pleased to announce the recapitalization of California-based Autism Spectrum Interventions (“ASI”) (www.asiautism.org).  Since 2010, ASI has provided school and home-based applied behavioral analysis therapy throughout Southern California. Fletch partnered with founders Timothy Prior and Kristin Prior to accelerate expansion throughout California and other tangential states in the western U.S.  This marks the 13th buyside transaction and sixth platform that Fletch has completed in the last 33 months.
