Fletch Equity is pleased to announce that it has completed the simultaneous acquisitions of Superior Roofing and Midwest Roofing to launch a new commercial roofing services platform covering Southern California.

Superior Roofing, with offices in Anaheim and San Diego, CA, provides commercial re-roofing, repair, and maintenance services. Midwest Roofing, based in Gardena, CA, has primarily repaired and replaced commercial roofs throughout Los Angeles. Fletch partnered with the management teams of both companies to create a leading roofing services provider focused on re-roofing, maintenance and repair. The combined platform will continue to expand organically while pursuing additional acquisitions to expand its footprint throughout the Southwestern United States.
