Fletch Equity Initiates Residential HVAC Consolidation Strategy with Simultaneous Investments in Wolfgang Heating and Cooling & JR Perkins Forming Wolf HVAC Holdings

Fletch Equity is pleased to announce that is has completed simultaneous investments in Wolfgang’s Cooling and Heating and J.R. Perkins Company (collectively the “Company”). The Company provides residential HVAC repair, preventative maintenance and replacement services throughout the Phoenix metro area. Fletch partnered with Wolfgang’s existing leadership and industry veteran Tom Doll to initiate a residential HVAC consolidation strategy.
