Our process begins with identifying a financially healthy business with substantial organic and add-on acquisition growth prospects, referred to as a “platform company”. We collaborate with the platform’s leadership team to develop a strategic plan for the business which includes mitigating key person risk, enhancing infrastructure, and investing in targeted growth programs, to create a valuable legacy business.

Fletch leverages its network of experienced buy and build executives and executive search contacts to assist management with scaling their business while gaining critical strategic, operational and financial guidance from been there, done that operators. Our team is involved with ensuring the platform company has the appropriate resources and financing to execute against the plan to drive value for all shareholders.
